BACKGROUND AND HISTORY

Mondiale was founded over 10 years ago and is incorporated and managed from the DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre) free zone in Dubai.  Initially the company‘s business was to provide agency services for multinational companies operating in the Indian agricultural space, specifically to arrange for the distribution of trade assets originated in India into the Dubai market. This activity was highly successful and gave the company a very solid grounding, not only in the technical and operational aspects of commodity trading, but also with regard to its strong market position and reputation. Simply put, the high volume of transactions executed-in this initial period of the company’s history allowed the company to further develop and extend its excellent commercial network.

 

Today, Mondiale’s activity has flourished into a portfolio of businesses that has reached far beyond its Indian beginnings. The business now is focused on trading activities with origins and destinations in the wider GCC as well as Latin America, Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe, as well as owning and leasing warehousing facilities in Africa. 

 

MANAGEMENT

This exceptional growth has been achieved through careful strategic insight and planning that has allowed the company to expand and develop during each of a number of clear strategic phases.  Today, the company remains independent and is still privately held by the Bhanushali family, being run on a day to day basis by Hiren and Dhananjay Bhanushali.  The two brothers represent a highly professional team with global experience and a successful track record of delivering value and performance.
